Our live events are a celebration of old and new jungle, usually held at mid-sized independent venues in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia. We've a penchant for a fundraver and where possible, support local and global causes close to our heart.
Occasionally, we might collab with one of our favourite underground soundsystem crews and take it outside (weather permitting) and we've created some great memories with Redback Soundsystem, and Agape Soundsystem in the past.Although many of our events are free to enter, we do encourage you to donate something so that we can cover promo costs or, at the very least, buy your favourite DJ a pint. For this reason, if you can afford to, we'd encourage you to swing by our ticket portal before coming along - every little helps keep the underground scene alive. No pressure.We also post our events on Facebook just to help you, and us, keep track.
All previous releases under the Negative Pace banner are hosted on Bandcamp or archived on SoundCloud, with many having an accompanying video on YouTube. These include our Subtle Radio Archive, Live shows as SEEN, previous NP shows, and standalone sets by BTKA.Like and share, as the saying goes!
You might have heard, we have a resident show on Subtle Radio each third Saturday of the month. Shows are curated by BTKA with a different guest every month and air at an hour long, although extended versions of mixes can usually be found in our mixes archive.
We're always looking for DJ's, so if you've heard our previous shows, like what you hear, and think you'd like to participate, please send us a mix!
Merch can be a haphazard affair, but it's worth noting that we always guarantee free entry to our events if you're wearing anything more than a sticker.
